Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship using UPS. We cannot ship orders to locations outside of the US.

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped on or before the next business day. It is rare, but unavoidable delays may occur.

Multiple levels of service are available, which will determine your delivery date. Business days are days on which most businesses are operating - i.e. week days excluding holidays.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Do not ship damaged items back to us: this must be handled by the shipping company. If you send damaged items back to us you will not receive a refund or replacement.

This is very important: to receive a refund or replacement of damaged items, make sure you contact us about any damaged shipments and let us handle getting the items picked up.


Returns

All sales are final unless otherwise noted below. Please contact billing at billing@chargeanywheredirect.com with any questions or for return authorization.

CHARGE Anywhere guarantees that you will receive your money back on demand if your order remains unfulfilled. This offer will remain valid as long as you have not installed the software or an item has not been shipped. The refund will be subject to a $4.95 processing fee.

CHARGE Anywhere guarantees your complete satisfaction. This guarantee is valid for 14 days after your purchase or until you perform transactions using the payment software, whichever comes sooner. All service cancelations are subject to a $4.95 processing fee. All hardware returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the merchant. All returned hardware must be in its original working condition and contain all packaging, manuals and peripherals.

CHARGE Anywhere guarantees that if your device is not compatible with the Mobile Payment Solution, that you will be issued a full refund less a $4.95 processing fee and a 20% restocking fee for hardware. This offer is only valid if you have not performed any transactions. All returned hardware must be in its original working condition and contain all packaging, manuals and peripherals.


Warranty

All products purchased from CHARGE Anywhere are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for the a period of 1 year from purchase. This warranty is offered by the manufacturer.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement upon return of the damaged item to CHARGE Anywhere. We will repair any device that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. If a defective device is not possible to repair, we will replace it.

Batteries have a limited warranty of only 90 days.

Bluetooth card readers and receipt printers have a limited warranty of only 90 days.

These warranties do not cover damage due to abuse, mishandling or normal wear.
