CHARGE Anywhere Payment Application Designed for Use with QuickBooks Financial

QuickBooks Financial software is designed with simplifying business accounting in mind. This software allows merchants to create and send invoices, keep track of payroll and taxes, complete shipping, import files from excel, pay expenses, and track sales and inventory.

The CHARGE Anywhere payment application designed for use with QuickBooks now allows QuickBooks users to process credit and debit card payments with the processor of their choice. Using this plug-in will allow merchants to process transactions, accept PIN debit, capture electronic signatures, and apply payments directly to invoices. CHARGE Anywhere also enables merchants to import transactions completed from a different POS terminal on CHARGE Anywhere’s secure payment gateway, ComsGate^®.

CHARGE Anywhere payment software for Windows^® compatible with QuickBooks Point of Sale

QuickBooks Point of Sale software is designed to simplify front end systems. This software will allow merchants to process sales by scanning bar codes. In addition, merchants will be able to process discounts and returns, create one click reports, control inventory, and create sales orders.

The CHARGE Anywhere payment application for Windows will enable merchants to process credit cards for sales created in QuickBooks POS with just a few clicks of their mouse. Once a sale has been started, a merchant will be able to click credit then swipe the card. CHARGE Anywhere’s software application will open and the merchant will then enter in the sale amount and click send. Once the transaction is complete, the merchant can click copy results then paste them into QuickBooks POS.
