Do you have a Merchant Services Provider?
CHARGE Anywhere is NOT a Merchant Services Provider (MSP). CHARGE Anywhere built its business model on partnering with MSPs and is here to assist our partners in any way possible and will support their business. Therefore while CHARGE Anywhere provides premier solutions in payment security gateway services, secure software applications, and hardware solutions, CHARGE Anywhere does not provide merchant services, which help merchants establish accounts and maintain relationships with their processor.
If you DO have a MSP – Your MSP should assist you in obtaining the necessary information to create an account with CHARGE Anywhere. In order to process a transaction with CHARGE Anywhere, you must have an account with a certified US payment processor and know your processor information*. If you need help obtaining this information, please contact your MSP or payment processor.
If you DO NOT have a MSP - You will need to do one of two things.
A. Please contact a MSP who will get you started with the best Payment Processor that meets your needs. This MSP will build the relationship between the merchant and the payment processor as well as with CHARGE Anywhere.
B. If you do not currently have a MSP but DO have an account with any major payment processor, CHARGE Anywhere will be able to set up an account for you on our Secure Payment Gateway. To sign up with CHARGE Anywhere, the merchant must have all of its processor information*, as well device and software information for the terminal that it will be using.
PLEASE NOTE: CHARGE Anywhere charges fees for its best in class services in addition to fees from your Payment Processor. CHARGE Anywhere will charge a One Time Software License Fee, a Gateway Activation Fee, a Monthly Service Fee, and Transaction Fees. There are also fees associated with add on premium services such as signature capture, location based services, etc.
